This building is controlled and monitored by Enterprise Server. With this software we can measure consumptions and take action automatically.

B. With your help, is a customer metering major energy loads to uncover opportunities to reduce energy consumption and emissions?

Yes, we are metering total energy consumption, HVAC, Kitchen, Laundry and other partial electrical cabinets.

Yes, we have enthalpy meter to monitor efficiency of HVAC productors.

Yes, the client has one PM5560 at the main supply of the building. with this he has information about consumption, energy quality and toguether wit the information of other meter, he knows when and what is consuming more energy. He has VE chargers and they are hey are managed depending on the availability of energy and/or the production of the solar system. Even so, the entire solution developed, from the control of the thermal power plant, with geothermal, heating and control of pool treatments, lighting management by presence and constant regulation and management of electrical chargers, we are now in a position to reduce consumption .

All air conditioning and hot water production equipment uses geothermal and electricity for production.

The building is prepared to integrate the entire BMS into maintenance management software. With this integration, we are able to enter equipment operating hours, alerts, consumption and other relevant data, so that the maintenance management software, with its algorithms, can generate preventive maintenance requests.
