Yes, Customer is using Energy meters to monitor the Electrical data of major loads, as well as monitoring compressed Air and LNG consumption through flow meters.

Yes, many customers of ours (e.g. Honda Motorcycle & Scooters India Pvt. Ltd., Essar Steel, Essar Power etc.) are using ION and PM meters at their plants to monitor PQ.

Honda is using SMS alarms on Winding and Oil temperatures of all their transformers by using the analog inputs of ION meters.

Yes. in Honda, apart from Electrical, we have integrated all their utilities like air compressors, air washers, Sewage treatment plant, Waste treatment plant, zero liquid discharge plant, boiler, steam generator etc. and all of them are being monitored and controlled through our software. Daily reports are generated for all these processes and a sharp eye is kept on their efficiency through our system.

Yes, in one of the plants in Honda, all the Air Washer exhaust fans and valves, Air compressors are monitored and controlled though our software (Unlimited tag PSO with advance reporting)

Yes, based on the solutions given by us, Honda and Nestle have made impressive savings but as a company policy, the details are not shared with us

Yes, in one of their plant, Honda has installed roof top solar plant of 2 MW and it is about 15% of their total requirement.

For Honda we have integrated all their water flow meters (raw water, RO water) with our system and shift wise reports are generated to monitor consumptions. Through this close monitoring, they have been able to improv their operations but and reduce wastages but details are not shared with us.
