The electricity and heat consumption of individual buildings is measured and regularly evaluated, and subsequently electricity savings and other measures are proposed.

Energy efficiency is monitored for individual buildings and measures are continuously proposed to reduce energy consumption.

We monitor the quality of electricity and reliability of supply at selected locations of the local distribution system and are regularly evaluated. Corrective action is taken when necessary.

We operate a digital system for processing all data, most technologies are fully digitized.

All technologies are regularly upgraded to be at the global cutting edge in research.

We have implemented complete energy management, which monitors electricity consumption, including complete reporting.

We have onsite generation (PV system, Wind Power Plants, Fuel Cell, Stirling Engine, CHP). About 50% of electricity is covered from own renewable energy sources.

New buildings are designed using BIM, we have facility management in place.

We have installed charging stations for electric cars for the company fleet, including one filling station for hydrogen-powered vehicles.

We have a fleet of electric powered vehicles, about 10% of the vehicles. The parking infrastructure for these vehicles is gradually being implemented.
